The Story
Sometimes all you want is a simple, robust case for your Raspberry Pi 5 without all the bells n' whistles - we think this one fits that description perfectly.
Made from aluminium, including two solid side blocks for strength and coated in a black finish, this case is a sturdy home for your Pi 5. Strength and simplicity aside, we really like the understated, minimal looks of this case too.
Once assembled, the case offers access to the power button (you'll need to poke a pen or cocktail stick in!) and Micro SD slot, as well as providing pass-through sections for a GPIO ribbon cable, PCIe cable, CSI/DSI cables and an RTC or UART cable.
The top panel is fully vented without sacrificing strength or protection and includes a couple of holes for adding a 40mm fan (fixings not included). The case can accommodate an Active Cooler as well.

Important Assembly Note!
The Raspberry Pi is secured internally to the case using a single screw in the top-right position. There are two internal posts, but only a single screw is required (as the case shell secured the Raspberry Pi in place anyway).
