Email our technical support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue or reason for the return to receive an RMA number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the electronics in anti-static bags and a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking your RMA number on the outside.
Ship and Track
Send your return via a tracked postal service to our warehouse; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 working days.
