Pi-Box Pro 5

The Pi-Box Pro 5 is a rugged aluminium enclosure kit for Raspberry Pi 5 designed for harsh industrial environments.

By utilising an internal PCB extender board, the USB-C power and micro-HDMI ports are routed to the same edge as the ethernet and USB ports - ensuring all cables exit via the same side for a tidy and logical setup.

The rear panel is made from 3mm acrylic and allows for communication via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi signals from the Pi 5.

The case can accommodate a Raspberry Pi 5 with an Active Cooler fitted, which is supported by ventilation slots in the acrylic panel, and the natural heat dissipating qualities of the aluminium body.

A number of optional accessories are available to go with this case:

• DIN Rail mounting kit
• Linc-Lugs (mounting brackets) for wall/surface mounting
• VESA mounting bracket kit

• Assembly is required
  • No assembly guide is available however construction is reasonably straightforward and logical.
  • Protective film should be removed from the acrylic panel before assembly.
  • Care: Internal mounting plate may have some sharp edges.
• Two versions are available
  • A no SD access version that restricts SD access (SD fitted before assembly)
  • An SD access version that allows the SD card to be removed once assembled (via the acrylic panel side).
