Note that these aren't recommended for high-speed Ethernet traffic, especially long term, for basic power/data distribution, RJ-45's are great!
This is an Ethernet (RJ-45) Female Socket to Terminal Spring Block Adapter. There is a standard RJ-45 Ethernet socket on one end and a spring terminal block on the other.
