If you'd like to connect a DC Jack to your favourite garment to make a fun wearable tech project, then try out the array of sewable connectors we have. This is a 5.5/2.1mm DC Jack that is oriented in a horizontal position to the sewable base it's housed on with red and black wires running through the bottom.
The jack is moulded into rubber that can be hand or machine-sewed through. Then, it connects to the power wires on the end. Red is positive/power, and black is negative/ground. If desired, you can also glue/epoxy/staple it to a flat surface.
We also stock a Micro B and a USB-C version
